Levi earned his undergraduate degree in agricultural sciences and natural resources with a major in agricultural economics from Oklahoma State University in 2020. While at OSU, he was an active member in various organizations like the College of Agricultural Science and Natural Resources Student Council, was selected as an OSU Top Ten Freshman and Outstanding Senior, and served as an Oklahoma FFA Association State Officer.

Levi then went on to graduate with honors from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2023. While pursuing his J.D., he served as an officer for the Agricultural Law Society and Christian Legal Society, worked as a student ambassador for the admissions office, and competed on the National Mock Trial team.
